COSA, 21CCLC, and You

I'm a 21st CCLC Grantee.

What do I need to know?

As a 21st CCLC grantee, you will be assigned a COSA Regional Mentor. COSA works all across Ohio and is here to help you.

Working with COSA will provide opportunities to strengthen your team and build capacity to provide high-quality programming. 21st CCLC grantees have access to COSA professional development and personalized support.

In order to make the most of what COSA has to offer, we encourage all 21st CCLC grantees to:

  • Communicate directly with your regional mentor. Call them. Email them. Meet with them in person. The stronger your relationship is, the more they can do to help you.
  • Invite your mentor to visit your program so that they can provide you and your team with tailored feedback to strengthen the work you're already doing.
  • Attend COSA's quarterly regional trainings.
  • Consult with your regional mentor to discuss additional professional development needs.
